Host VOIP Solution

Macomb/St. Clair Workforce Development Board, Inc (MSCWDB) is requesting proposals for a Hosted VoIP phone system to replace the current cloud based VoIP system. The goal is to enhance or replace the current system in its entirety with a hosted VoIP system that meets all of our needs. The system should be easily maintained and operated via web connection. All existing phone equipment is intended on being used within the new environment along with the Phoenix Audion spider conference room phone system. The system should allow us (IT Staff) to make any and all changes to the users and phones without having to call in to have vendor support make these changes on our behalf.
