On-the-Job Training Powers Cameron’s Career Transition

After 10 years with a large automotive manufacturer, Cameron was laid off and unsure where his career would take him next. With support from Macomb/St. Clair Michigan Works! and an on-the-job training opportunity, he successfully transitioned into a new career in boat manufacturing. Cameron connected with Macomb/St. Clair Michigan Works! after attending a Reemployment Services and Eligibility Assessment (RESEA) meeting.
