Full-time Customer Service Contact Agent. In your new role you will:

• Quickly and professionally answer inbound phone calls.
• Listen and respond attentively to customers’ needs.
• Accurately enter data information from calls and set realistic expectations.
• Work in a group and independent setting.
• Putting customers’ needs first.

This is not a remote position.

[Qualifications]

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Call center experience (preferred).
• Detailed oriented, exercising active listening skills.
• Customer focused, friendly, and upbeat.
• Excellent data entering skills.
• Positive attitude.
• Desire to learn, develop and surpass expectations.

Troy, MI 48083. This is not a remote base position.
