When Revere Plastics Systems was looking to fill several critical roles, the company turned to Macomb/St. Clair Michigan Works! for help, and the partnership paid off.
With support from our Business Services team, Revere hosted a hiring event that brought in more than 150 local job seekers. By the end of the day, the company had filled 10 hard-to-fill positions, including quality technicians, material handlers, senior team leads, maintenance technicians, process technicians, and operators.
Our staff supported Revere every step of the way. By leveraging our established network of job seekers and the trust we’ve built in the community, we were able to promote the event through social media, our career centers, and our monthly job seeker newsletter. The event was held at our Clinton Township career center, where Michigan Works! staff managed event registration and check-in so the Revere team could focus on connecting with candidates.
