About the Company
McCarver Mechanical Heating & Cooling is a small, locally operated thriving business in Metro Detroit and Southeast Michigan. We operate on integrity, honesty, and timely heating and cooling installations and repairs in both residential and commercial settings.

WE ARE HIRING! McCarver Mechanical Heating & Cooling in Warren is looking for a Lead Installer for an immediate
full-time position, that may lead to a Management role for the right candidate. Must be a dedicated team player,
willing to work overtime and some Saturdays as needed. The successful candidate will demonstrate pride in their
work and in their role in helping the company grow and succeed and have strong leadership qualities. Residential
and light commercial applications. We value our employees and are looking for people who are looking for
permanent, long-term employment. This is a great workplace – we take pride in our work and take good care of our
customers and people.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Able to lead and direct an installation crew
• Able to train an apprentice
• Able to understand and perform installations from start to finish
• Able to make a materials list on site
• Able to measure for and order custom sheet metal
• Able to make sheet metal is a plus
• Able to install boilers, tankless water heaters, and mini-split systems is a plus
• Knows current code
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Dependable/Punctual/ Positive Attitude/Detail Oriented

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED
• Certification in Climate Control
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Must be able to use hand tools & lift and up to 75 lbs.
