Job Description
- Inside Sales support to Customers that call, email or visit
Shipping/Receiving responsibilities to organize and control material flowing into and out of our facility
- Provide information, pricing and timing in response to customer inquiries
- Communicating with customers in a polite, effective and in a timely manner
- Increasing social media and web presence through multiple platforms
- Establishing and maintaining a positive, trustworthy business relationships.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Responsible and accountable for managing tasks and assignments to effective completion
COMPENSATION:
Hourly wage commensurate with experience.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Prior experience with sales or Customer Service
- Organized, responsible, hard-working and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently and as an integral part of the team
- Clear, legible penmanship and MS Office products experience
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills dealing with Customers
- Ability to prioritize with solid organizational and time management skills
- Availability for 5 days per week
