Job Description
Inside Sales support to Customers that call, email or visit
Shipping/Receiving responsibilities to organize and control material flowing into and out of our facility
Provide information, pricing and timing in response to customer inquiries
Communicating with customers in a polite, effective and in a timely manner
Increasing social media and web presence through multiple platforms
Establishing and maintaining a positive, trustworthy business relationships.
Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
Responsible and accountable for managing tasks and assignments to effective completion
COMPENSATION:
Hourly wage commensurate with experience.
REQUIREMENTS:
Prior experience with sales or Customer Service
Organized, responsible, hard-working and self-motivated
Ability to work independently and as an integral part of the team
Clear, legible penmanship and MS Office products experience
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills dealing with Customers
Ability to prioritize with solid organizational and time management skills
