Do you feel there are Initiatives in place that check in on all employees’ sense of wellbeing and levels of engagement on a regular basis? (on a weekly, monthly, or at the very least quarterly)
Do you feel there are Initiatives in place that lay out paths for advancement for each employee and make sure each employee has the resources they require to move forward along that pathway?
On a scale of 1-5 (5 being “Definitely celebrates” and 1 being “Not at all”.) Do you feel our organization celebrates diverse ideas and people? If so in what ways? (trying to see how the employees view our company culture.)
Do you feel there are Initiatives in place that build and enhance connections among all employees so that they are less likely to feel isolated at work?
On a scale of 1-5 (5 being “Very comfortable” and 1 being “Not comfortable at all”) How comfortable are you talking about your background without being judged in the workplace?
Do you feel our organization supports the needs of colleagues who need workplace accommodations or have disabilities?
How safe do you feel communicating your concerns at work? Very safe, Safe, somewhat safe, or not safe at all.
