- Participate in cross-functional team activities, such as Team Feasibility, PFMEAs, APQP, PSO runs, etc.
- Manage, conduct, and track process, product, and layered process audit (LPA).
- Lead the Internal Auditing program for ISO 9001/IATF 16949 and ISO14001.
- Control documents and maintain records as required to ensure company and employee compliance with QMS, CSR, ISO, IATF, EMS, and Health & Safety requirements.
- Controls all QMS documents and distributes them appropriately.
- Coordinate the timeline for supplier PPAP requirements with the Quality Engineer.
- Schedule, review, approve, and maintain all supplier PPAP documentation including all customer-specific PPAP documentation to meet customer requirements.
- Participate in creating, maintaining, and organizing PPAP core documentation (control plan, PFMEA, flow chart).
- Support, submit, and maintain all PPAP documentation including all customer-specific PPAP documentation requirements.
- Schedule, submit, and maintain all annual PPAP submissions.
- Organize and support the Quality team in Gauge R&R activities when applicable.
- Create and maintain a PPAP schedule to meet customer timing.
- Measure on-time and late PPAP activities and report to Quality Manager monthly.
- Provides support as needed or requested from any personnel or department.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Quality Manager.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is an exempt position that regularly requires 40-50 hours per week.
Eligibility Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (3+ years QA experience)
- 5+ years experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Must have strong knowledge of PPAP procedures
- Knowledge of OEM requirements and processes
- Knowledge of Quality Systems Management
- AIAG core tools knowledge (APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA, etc.)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
- ISO 9001/IATF 16949 Certified Lead Auditor certification
- ISO 14001 Certified Lead Auditor certification
- Experience in customer portals and with Plex is a plus
