Floor Coating Technician/Laborer

Floor Coating Technician/Laborer needed for full-time, fast pace construction environments.

FLEXIBLE scheduling with open availability REQUIRED.

Must be able to work on weekends with some short term travel required (paid).

Experience in epoxy flooring, construction and/or concrete preferred. However, we will train the right person.

Our Locations: Galesburg, Michigan and St. Clair, Michigan

We are always looking for Full Time EXPERIENCED Flooring Technicians to join our company! (Seriously, if you are in the industry and need a change please reach out)   However, if you do not have knowledge of the floor coating industry (or polish concrete) but have construction experience feel free to apply below to get your application in our database.

Flexible scheduling with open availability preferred. Must be able to work on weekends with some travel required (paid). Must have valid driver’s license without travel restrictions. MSC Floors will also provide you with extensive training (OSHA, First Aid, Bloodborne Pathogens certification as well), MSC will provide tools and personal protective equipment that the job requires.

WHO ARE MSC FLOORS? We are a floor coating company located in St. Clair, MI and Galesburg, MI.  We specialize in resurfacing, high polish, epoxy coating and chip surfacing for industrial and commercial markets. We work with many large companies that require our workers to have clean backgrounds before entering their facility which is another reason having a clean background is important. Our industry requires light traveling to and from jobs, sometimes overnight. Flexibility is a must.  Also, we are a construction company. Please be willing to power heavy machinery, get dirty, and push your body to meet customer deadlines. Is it hard work? Yeah, sometimes. Some days are harder than others but we recognize that and reward accordingly.
