Automation Specialist

Job Description

Role and Responsibilities
Fill positions in the team (determined by the Project Lead & Service Lead) that are necessary to complete projects, including but not limited to:
Field Service
Mechanical/Electrical Design
Mechanical/Electrical Build
Programming/Integration
Purchasing/Procurement
Communicate with customers to determine needs and explain complex issues
Diagnose equipment problems
Install new systems and technology
Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards
Inspect and test material and machinery for safety
Draft and submit detailed reports when requested
Qualifications and Education Requirements
High school diploma

Required Skills
Proficient in Windows, MS Office & AutoCAD
Competent in using industrial tools
Proven ability to solve problems creatively
Excellent analytical skills
Understanding of safety guidelines
Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
Able to complete assignments within schedule and budget
Ability to travel and work occasional overtime and weekends
Experienced in negotiations and conflict resolution
ISO compliance
